Sleep Adequate , Live Adequate
Talk about hard work and hustle, and the first thing people give up is their sleep. Sleeping less and working hard is what most people advice, when thinking about ways to be successful. But this may not be the healthiest way to treat your mind and body.
Having an adequate amount of sleep is equally important for your body as it is for your work. Sufficient sleep helps in improving concentration and productivity. Many researches and studies have been made to show that adequate sleep significantly increases problem solving skills and concentration of people as compared to those who are sleep deprived. Poor sleepers are also prone to suffer from heart disease and other chronic health risks.
Sleeping is as important as any other activity to keep you healthy. It is highly recommended for an adult to sleep for at least 7-8 hours each day.
